*A very short story on how I decided to relax and be taken care of*

Hey FAM 😃 who missed me😁😁😁😁

I know you might have been wondering where ADDYS has gone to for some days now🤷🏾

Oh..well....

Lately, I have been doing so much, most especially on research and many more, it was so cumbersome that I broke down. 😟

I said to myself "NNE you need to be calming down oooo, you need to relax and be taken care of"

The first thing I did was to go off social media for some days.

The second thing I did was to go on Netflix to watch squid game 😃 usually, I don't watch television, it's funny but true, because most of the time, I am either reading, making research, performing experiment, consulting with clients, supervising my staffs as they dispatch products, or creating contents to bring out here so it's really not easy like that.

The third thing I did was to go to a restaurant somewhere on the island beside the ocean with hubby to have lunch " yes ooo me I cannot comakeemasef"

Well, thank God I am stronger now.☺️

But guess what, I just found out something very interesting that I know would interest you too.

This one has to do with prevention of cancer. 💃💃💃 walai e sweet Mee
